Floating Music
Stomu Yamash'ta is a Japanese percussive genius. Among other things, he is known for playing in the supergroup "Go" with S. Winwood and A. Dimeola. Songs from this album appear on the soundtrack to David Bowie's otherwise awful movie, The Man Who Fell to Earth. The music on this album recalls the best moments of mid-period Soft Machine. Bass duties handled by A. Powell from Henry Cow. This record is mind-blowing and totally unique. Link in comments section.
